Sage People sits on the Salesforce platform and consequently has significant flexibility with the fields, page layouts and integration possibilities. Sage People utilises the powerful reporting and dashboard capabilities provided by Salesforce.
- It’s a fully integrated suite of modules, so for people looking for something that looks good and has ATS, Core HR and Payroll in one, this is a great product that isn’t too complex to configure and maintain.
- The ease at which you can build workflows and automated processes using their HR Requests, Action Events and Action Alert Patterns is great. They are fully accessible to any system administrator, so the client can add html formatted communications that will trigger from dates or certain events, integrate a DocuSign letter or bespoke forms that, if set up that way, can actually update fields directly in the HR system once submitted, cutting down significant admin and user error.
- Also, Flows is a dynamic automation tool which allows administrators to create custom workflows without the need for complex coding, such as creating, updating, deleting records, sending email notification, performing calculations. It empowers users to automate repetitive tasks.
- Finally, the support on the Sage Academy with all the videos and guides, as well as their community and customer hub are really helpful.
