Zoe Wilson, Founder and Director
Zoe is the founder of ReThink HR and our resident dancing queen. She has over 20 years’ experience in HR and technology, both in-house and as a consultant; but it’s a love for systems that finally won her over. She has combined all of that expertise in systems, business and people to create ReThink HR.
Zoe has worked with a wide range of sectors, from media and the arts, to engineering and not for profit. Her only criteria is that you value your people and want to get the best from them.
She is based in Essex, and is a regular scuba diver with a huge passion for travel, food and wine.
Philippa Barnes, Director
Philippa joined Rethink HR in April 2018 as a Director and Zoe’s business partner.
She is passionate about examining a business’s roots and understanding its finer details to find a solution that balances commerciality and a positive employee experience.
As a self-confessed HR geek, she brings creativity and imagination to projects.
She is a stickler for detail and is the one most likely to spot our typos.
Outside of work her top 3 priorities in life are family, food, exercise – in that order!
Hollie Mann, Senior Consultant
Hollie joined ReThink HR in 2022. She brings over ten years’ experience leading HR functions and teams in both private sector and not-for-profit organisations. Hollie loves process, systems and routines and is easily the most organised person we know.
She has led a number of HRIS implementation projects and loves doing the fiddly bits, using technology to streamline processes and allowing an organisation to focus on the bigger picture. She unlocks the full potential of an HRIS and ensures that it becomes a vital tool for everyone.
Outside of work you will find her in the gym, on a yoga mat or out and about exploring.
Alison Black, Consultant
Ali became a part of the ReThink HR team in November 2022. Her wealth of expertise spans various industries, including construction, technology, sports, and media.
As a CIPD qualified professional, Ali thrives on establishing strong collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
She brings energy, enthusiasm, and dedication wherever she goes.
Ali loves a plan almost as much as she loves tech, and her passion is for developing and integrating the best system for her client and educating HR system users to perfect it.
Beyond work, Ali is an avid sports fan (cheering for both UK and Aussie teams!). When not watching football or cricket at the weekend, you can find her on a netball or tennis court.
Sarah Prendergast, Consultant
Sarah joined us in November 2022. She brings with her over 25 years’ experience managing HR System implementations; HR processes and configurations and overseeing ongoing maintenance and development of HR-related systems. Her work has included businesses of all sizes in all sectors.
She is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, and very process driven. She’s always hunting out bottlenecks and waste from HR Processes and using technology and automation to streamline day to day working practices.
She also gets very excited about data, HR Analytics and dashboards!
She swims every day and on dry land regularly goes the theatre, or walking with her family.
