Working with HR systems – Review of Ciphr HR

We work with a lot of HR systems in our role and all of them have great features and benefits. Here are some highlights about Ciphr HR

  •  Configurability – Ciphr is highly configurable not only through its branding capability, but also so you can set up absence schemes, performance reviews or organisational structures to reflect how your organisation operates.
  •  Compensation management – Ciphr has some fantastic tools to help make the process of reviewing salaries clear and straightforward whether you’re using grades and spines or spot salaries. Pay reviews can be modelled and then applied quickly to employee records once approved.  You can then use Ciphr’s letter template tools to be able to easily draft salary review letters and distribute these to employees in bulk.
  •  The Ciphr Academy – as well as the customer care team and service desk who are available for support, Ciphr provides their online Academy. This is a large library of learning content which can help you to really maximise your use of the system.  The Academy covers all areas of Ciphr’s functionality in easy to digest bitesize videos and help guides.  This can help you to refresh your training and knowledge, answer quick questions on how to configure and use different modules, as well as learning how to use functionality that you’ve not previously worked with.
