• Core HR module lead for implementation of Access PeopleXD
• Working with client project manager as additional resource to support the HR team to configure and implement the core HR module of People XD.
• Guiding the team and providing a sounding board as they worked through the implementation process.
• Provided support with data cleansing and import; system configuration; process design; workflow and report design; user acceptance testing and logging; user guides.
