THE PROJECT

    Fairlie Healthcare Group were recommended to contact ReThink HR by Ciphr after they had begun their implementation and had completed their data import, but had been unable to gain further traction on the project at the desired speed.  When we joined the project, the system required branding, configuration of a number of modules, and integration with the current ATS, Occupop.  The HR team lacked confidence in using Ciphr and had not been able to retain all of the knowledge they had gained in their initial training and implementation sessions.

    ReThink HR consultant, Hollie, joined the FHG team and helped to prioritise and direct the project stages and workload.  She also undertook a review of the current system set up and data import and made recommendations on where improvements and optimisations could be made.  In conjunction with Ciphr, consultancy sessions took place to progress the build of outstanding modules.  Hollie supported these sessions by project managing follow up work, training and guiding the HR team, offering experience-based recommendations, and taking an active part in the hands-on build.

    Following ReThink HR’s intervention, Fairlie Healthcare Group now have a fully functioning HR system which is integral to the HR team’s operations and is ready to roll-out to the wider organisation.  The HR team has significantly increased its knowledge of and confidence in using Ciphr, both for day-to-day use and for any further configuration requirements.  They are also now benefiting from increased efficiencies and process improvements, including the ability to more easily and accurately report on their employee data.  ReThink HR’s involvement is credited as being invaluable in helping to progress the project and build the HR team’s knowledge and confidence.
