Case Study 5 – HR System Project Rescue

Description

To get Eton’s HR system implementation back on track. The key issues identified were:

  • Data had not been maintained since import, therefore requiring it to be updated or reimported;
  • Configuration needed to be reviewed to achieve accurate reporting and payroll outputs;
  • Implementation of additional modules needed to be restarted and achieved; and,
  • Team confidence in the system and using it day-to-day needed to be restored.

Outcome

The key issues above were resolved to ensure that the initial expenditure was not wasted.

The project continued through its remaining implementation stages, so as to deliver its expected return on investment for the HR team and wider stakeholders.

Work continued with the team to successfully implement an Applicant Tracking System, TribePad and Learning Management System, Essential Skillz.
