THE PROJECT

The project was executed in three key phases:

Phase 1: Transitioning one of Kerv’s largest UK entities onto BambooHR within 8 weeks.

  • Cleaned and aligned data with Active Directory (AD) and payroll before importing
  • Established robust security settings for HR, managers, and employees, including bespoke custom roles.
  • Configured time-off rules, workflows, and notifications.
  • Delivered training to the People team on the new system to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and alignment with future entities.
  • Built customised reports for HR and payroll teams.

Phase 2: Onboarding Kerv’s employees in India while integrating BambooHR with GreytHR, their local payroll and compliance system. This phase included the creation of localised compliance workflows and time-off policies.

Phase 3: Finalising onboarding for employees across multiple regions, including a newly acquired entity. This phase also involved:

  • Redesigning processes for onboarding, performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
  • Configuring advanced email alerts, workflows, and reporting tools.

Ongoing Partnership
ReThink HR continues to deliver a managed service for Kerv, ensuring continuous system improvements, seamless onboarding for new acquisitions, and integration enhancements.

Following implementation and self-service launch, Lucid Group now has a single source of truth globally for all their employee data, accessible across the company. The system has also been configured to deliver automation and efficiencies to the HR team which are continuing to develop.

ReThink HR’s involvement is credited as being key to progressing the project, on a tight timescale, to a successful and on schedule delivery.
